I begin each piece with a vision in mind, but allow the materials and my instincts to guide me as I work. I believe that the process of creating art should be just as fulfilling as the finished piece.
Style
A lot of my work has been influenced by my late Aunt Peggy. She was my greatest inspiration for doing art since I was a teenager. What an amazing woman she was. Incredibly talented and she shared her talents to the world by giving her heart and teaching through out the counrty and South America. I miss her dearly, especially when I can't text her a picture of a finished painting I've done to get her feedback. I miss that, every time I finish a project💝
I like to use vibrant colors and textures of nature, as well as the emotions and experiences that we all share. I strive to create pieces that are both visually pleasant and emotionally impactful.
